Frames, Lenses and Sunglasses Care:
All frames, lenses and sunglasses sold in Ocean Optical physical stores and online stores are provided 12-months warranty period.
If there are any quality problems with the frames and lenses within 12 months from the date of pick-up, we will repair or replace them for you free of charge.
In order to provide a better experience that suits your needs,
please bring the original sales invoice and warranty book (applicable to individual brands) of the glasses during maintenance and repair,
together with your name and contact number so that we can check the purchase record.
If the damage is caused by exposure to chemicals, high temperature, self-disassembly, scratches, strong extrusion and collision or other human factors,
it would be not within the scope of quality assurance. In the case of man-made damage, we will charge for repairs according to individual branded products.
We will first provide you with a quotation according to the maintenance items and the degree of damage, and process the repair after confirmation.
60-days degree guarantee:
Prescribing lenses are available in both Ocean Optical physical stores and online stores . If you feel uncomfortable while wearing the lenses, within 60 days from the date of pick-up, we will provide professional eye re-examination services,
and replace a free lens if necessary.

Ocean Optical physical stores provide eyewear care services including:
Eyewear product cleaning, frame adjustment, nose pad and screw repair and care advice; the company is not responsible for any damage during the adjustment or repair process.
Ocean Optical reserves the rights not to provide any written or oral reports for any repair service and/or inspection of goods, and all additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7-days refund policy:
For all original quality problems or unsuitable products (except prescription lenses), if the following requirements are fullfilled,
you could request a replacement and refund within 7 days after receiving the product:
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, together with all accompanying care books, product descriptions,
product labels, certificates, authenticity guarantee cards, glasses care appliances, dust bags, glasses cases and original packaging.
Original receipt or electronic receipt must be provided when returning goods. If the free gift is not returned when the product is replaced,
Ocean Optical will charge the customer based on the retail price of the free gift.
All exchange coupons, cash coupons, solutions , contact lenses and products listed as non-returnable and non-refundable products sold in Ocean Optical and online stores
are not subject to warranty and return.
In case of any dispute, Ocean Optical reserves the right of final decision and the Chinese version shall prevail.
